We need all 6th through 12th grade parents to please fill out this form as soon as possible to expedite the process of handing out computers to students at Middle School and High School. We will need this form filled out with your students information. No computer will be handed out without the form filled out. Please have your student with you when you pick up the computer at the designated time for your campus. Hopefully this will make the process much faster and easier for you. Middle school pickup will be from 11:00 to 1:00 this Friday, March 27th at the main entrance to the building on the southwest corner. High School pickup will be on Monday, March 30th in front of the cafeteria on the west side of the school. High School pickup will be staggered per grade level. Freshman from 10:00 to 11:00, Sophomore from 11:00 to 12:00, Junior from 12:00 to 1:00 and Senior from 1:00 to 2:00. If your student already has a dual credit computer then you do not need to come and pick one up. Some of the Middle School computers may have some missing keys and we do have detailed notes on that. We will get with those students on a later date to get those repairs done as we get supplies in to do repairs. They are fully functional and able to be used to get all work done for school purposes.
